1.  GENERAL
1.1.  Youlcee.com, as well as its subpages and/or folders (hereafter referred to as the “Website”), are the property of and are exploited by YOULCEE BVBA (BTW BE0641.924.422 – Schapenstraat 27, 2140 Antwerp) (hereafter “YOULCEE”). This Privacy Statement is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
YOULCEE values the protection of your privacy and personal data very much. When YOULCEE uses your personal data, it will comply with the terms of the law of December 8th 1992 with regard to the protection of the personal privacy, including the adjustments hereof. In this Privacy Statement you will find more information on how YOULCEE deals with your personal data when you visit the Website and use its Services.
1.2.  YOULCEE values the confidence that User gives it very much. YOULCEE will treat all personal information with the utmost care and confidentiality.

The obligation to notify and the prior consent requirements are specifically not applicable to the transferral of personal data if YOULCEE is so compelled by law or by the Federal Police or Child Focus in response to socially inappropriate behaviour on the site which violate the Terms and Conditions.
2.5.YOULCEE can always grant access to your personal data if requested by judicial authorities and the authorised police services.
The personal data are stored on a computer file that is kept in a secure environment. 2.8.  YOULCEE processes personal data for the purpose of contact with the Websites’ Users, to deliver products and services that the Visitor has requested or has registered for, to inform the Visitor of its own range of products and services, to personalise and optimise its own range of products and services, for editing purposes, general membership management and statistical analysis and to be able to use the Website correctly.
2.9. YOULCEE keeps all of a Visitors’ content and personal data during the whole period necessary to accomplish the Websites goals unless the Visitor removes specific data himself.
2.10.  The Visitor can at any time and without costs look at, add to, correct or delete his personal data. He can remove his complete profile at any time. This can be done by writing an e-mail to info@youlcee.com or sending a letter to YOULCEE’s headquarters. This request needs to be accompanied by a copy of said person’s identity card for purposes of verification.
YOULCEE will answer every correctly submitted request within a month of receiving the request.It is possible that the profile is not removed immediately and that copies can still be found in back-ups until these back-ups are removed. YOULCEE can keep these back-ups during a one-year period, lasting from the moment of request to the deletion of the personal data.
